is for holding rooms only. You will not be held responsible
for any charges until you accept the accommodations and other
items provided by Santa Fe Detours.
A fifty percent (50%) deposit via
check or credit card is required at the time of reservation.
Should cancellation occur, the deposit will be refunded if
notification is given a minimum of ten (10) days prior to
arrival or if the unit is rebooked for at least the same length
of time. Holidays, special events and longer stays are subject
to a thirty (30) day cancel. All cancellations are subject
to a $25.00 fee. A valid credit card on file is required for
all reservations. Guests are responsible for their entire
confirmed reservation and will be charged for late arrivals
and early departures which are not rebooked. Please check
dates of your confirmation carefully

Check-in and key pickup is 3:00
PM either directly at the unit, or at the Santa Fe Detours
tour office at 54 ½ E. San Francisco St., Santa Fe,
NM on the Southwest corner of the Plaza (above the Plaza Bakery
& Haagen-Dazs Ice Cream shop) in downtown Santa Fe. If
you will be arriving later than 5:00 PM and have not made
key pickup arrangements, or encounter any problems upon check-in,
please call us at (505) 983-6565, (505) 986-0038, or (505)
983-2501. These numbers are answered or monitored throughout
the day & evening. Should there be no immediate answer,
please leave a message and we will respond as quickly as possible.
Check out time is 11:00 AM unless alternative arrangements
are made.
